TicketAlert for Mac
When you are a Mac User you can now also benefit from a native Mac Application notifying you of new tickets that arrived in your ©Kayako SupportSuite™ or eSupport™ helpdesk server.

After installingl TicketAlert on your Mac you will have a new icon
on the right hand side of your menubar and you will receive notifications
from your helpdesk about new tickets and replies.

With TicketAlert Free edition you can...
  • check one helpdesk
  • choose how to display an alert
  • set the check interval for new tickets and replies
  • display failing connections
What it is not...
TicketAlert is not a full Mac client for
©Kayako SupportSuite and eSupport.
For that we have plans to develop SupportDesk for Mac.
